6 Week Inner Child Work Program

Sometimes the neglect and hardship we went through as children keeps us stagnant. It's time to grab your inner child and let them know it is okay to grow! Inner Child Work is about our adult selves doing the healing work to nurture and heal what was denied to us as children, without needing anyone outside ourselves to heal our childhood wounds and traumas. We will work through several inner child spiritual activities to help you dig deep and discover what your inner child needs to progress and sore. We will look at timelines, your narrative, reframing and nutrition.
