Fasting is a spiritual discipline, taught in many practices. In this fasting program most give up meat and heavy foods. This will aid you in both clarity and self discipline. God rewards fasting. Fasting, is to voluntarily reduce or eliminate your intake of food for a specific time and purpose, while replacing it with spiritual practices. These replacement practices can be prayer, meditation, journaling, sun intake and more.
In this time I will teach you how to fast safely, effectively and call in your prayers. Your fasting duration is your choice. I offer weekly talk sessions, accountability, practices and techniques to offer you the top success in your fast.
This is truly a time of simplicity, solitude and growth. When we don't eat, it allows us impeccable hearing. To hear with put whole bodies.
A short term detox/cleanse is within 1 to 5 day time frame. In this time I will assist you with my best practices on how to sustain to reach your goals.
A typical detox involves a period of fasting; fruit, vegetables, fruit juices, herbs, supplements, cleansers and enemas.
Detoxes, cleanses & fasts help to:
• Rest your organs
• Stimulate your liver and kidnesy to get rid of toxins
• Weight loss
• Promote toxin elimination through feces, urine, and sweat
• Improve circulation
• Provide your body with healthy nutrients

Tier 3 fasting, detoxing and cleansing is similar to Teir 2, however this is for those who need more healing.
This Teir is to help with various health problems, including obesity, weightloss, digestive issues, autoimmune diseases, inflammation, allergies, bloating, chronic fatigue and focus.

I know how difficult it is to reach your goals, and many times it's much harder to reach them alone.
In this program we will talk about your goals, your diet, and lifestyle. From there we will create a plan to help you stay in alignment with your goals. This program is built around your wants and aspirations for yourself and learning how to no longer negotiate with yourself. Creating new patterns, self discipline and my accountability will ensure that you reach your goals. Sometimes it all starts with a team!
Includes: daily encouragement, initial meeting, food app, food suggestions, 30 minute check in every 2 weeks, feedback and suggestions. $25 a week. Meal plans additional $20 for 5.
