A spiritual or relationship based lifestyle can be the perfect antidote to this. A close friendship or even a spiritual connection can have a positive impact on your mental and physical health, lowering your stress levels and in turn, improving your overall quality of life.

Signature Packages

16 week self study

We go through one chakra every 2 weeks. I will provide a (1 hour +)  module to review as well as homework. 

The module includes, affirmations, mantras, food, journal prompts, recipes, herbs, spiritual tools, meditation, chakra destruction and what is considered over active and under active.  

65 minute live session. Which include an activity, talk therapy, review homework and answer questions. 
 

Shadow Work

How many times have you had triggers pop up out of nowhere? And now you are ready to understand and overcome them!

Shadow work is acknowledging the shadows we cast on the world, the shadows in our lives and how we project and navigate them. This will give you the ability to reflect on who you are as a whole person. While changing some shadow aspects about you that may hold you back in life. It's incredibly powerful to know the ins and outs about yourself, the good, and the bad. Once you are able to know more about yourself, you become better at managing your life and reactions to life.

Inner Child Work

Sometimes the neglect and hardship we went through as children keep us stagnant. It's time to grab your inner child and let them know it is okay to grow! 

Inner Child Work is about our adult selves doing the healing work to nurture and heal what was denied to us as children, without needing anyone outside ourselves to heal our childhood wounds and traumas. We will work through several inner child spiritual activities to help you dig deep and discover what your inner child needs to progress and sore. We will look at timelines, your narrative, reframing and nutrition.
