TIPS!

While detoxing and cleansing it is up to you on how you want to do it. For best practices eliminate unhealthy, processed, canned, frozen and sugary foods from your diet, have 2 to 3 8 ounce glasses of water in between every bottle of juice you drink. If you are going to eat while you cleanse or detox, please add raw foods, salads, cooked vegetables and or lean meats. Some see better results when fasting with the juice, and water alone, or adding a salad at lunch and/ or dinner time. 

 

Try not to workout on day 1, allow your body to rest and get used to the change. 

 

Keep a food/ mood journal. 

Log how each juice made you feel, the differences in your body, mood and energy level. 

 

Continue to check in with yourself throughout your fast or detox. 

After detox or Cleanse 

Try easy to digest foods, nothing too heavy. You do not want to shock your system. Continue to drink 64 ounces to 1 gallon of water for at least everyday that you're cleansed or detoxed. Ex: If you detox 3 days, make sure to have enough water 3 days after. If you cleanse for 5 days, be sure to have enough water for 5 days.... and so on.
